Multinational company, the Ukrainian branch of big International Corporation that operates all over the world is currently looking for Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyse the monthly management reporting to the HQ in a timely and accurate manner;
•
Produce monthly and quarterly financial forecasts;
• Budget process: prepare planning and follow-up, collect data, report and present budget to the local management and HQ;
•
Activity controlling: prepare reporting, follow-up financial reports including P&L and balance sheets, implement cost controlling methods and prepare reports on current financial figures;
•
Perform periodic special financial analyses as requested by the local management or HQ;
•
Develop analyses of variances against forecast, budget and business plans, suggest adequate corrective actions where needed;
• Performance analyses: prepare KPI’s, track key performance measures for the different divisions and product groups, set up indicators improvements, customer P&L;
•
Provide the management team with strategic * competitive analyses of the market, business and economic trends with reference to their impact on short and long term business performances;
• Fully support the management team in implementing the business strategy;
Requirements:
• Male, 28-40 y.o.
• University degree (accounting, finance, economics).
• 3+ years of working experience at a similar position with CEE or Western Companies, Rep. Offices.
• Fluent English (oral and written); native*fluent Ukrainian and Russian,;
• Knowledge of IFRS, IFRS, 1C, JDE or other ERP Systems, strong in Excel and other reporting tools
• Knowledge of Accounting and Management Accounting Standards.
• Prior experience in auditing firms (BIG 4) and implementation of ERP systems.

We offer:
Salary – 1600 EUR, netto + bonus. Medical insurance, mobile costs compensation, laptop.
